Job description
Do you want to help shape innovative GenAI solutions and take voice capabilities to the next level? As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will advise on the conception and implementation of new use cases and work closely with Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Engineering, and IT Security to successfully realize future-oriented solutions.
Main Tasks:
Design the solution architecture for the integration of the telephony system (Genesys) with the GenAI platform, including data ingestion, model training, provisioning of APIs/endpoints, and integration into the bank's existing IT systems
Development of technical standards and architecture blueprints to ensure that all components (databases e.g., Amazon RDS, MSSQL, applications & platforms) work together seamlessly and comply with company-wide and regulatory architectural requirements
Collaboration with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and integrate them into the solution architecture. Monitoring new technologies, frameworks, and tools in the field of
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Requirements:
Expertise in system design and integration patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs), for example in the context of Genesys, AWS, Azure, and on-prem systems
In-depth understanding and experience with LLM & LLMOps implementations, including model serving, feature stores, and pipeline orchestration, to develop a robust GenAI ecosystem. Profound knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS, possibly Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), as well as the implementation of scalable, resilient applications & platform solutions based on them. Experience with the integration of AI solutions into system landscapes in the cloud or on-prem legacy systems
Ability to document and communicate technical matters in an understandable way, as well as to align and advance challenging issues with different stakeholders

Assignment: from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027
Work location: on-site at the customer's premises in Zurich
Good German and English skills are mandatory
