Senior Delivery Recruiter Tech (m/f/d), 180° Delivery, 100% Remote

Your Job: Pure Delivery.

You get the mandates. You deliver the people. Period.

Your success will be measured by placements, not by hours:

• Month 1: You independently manage the processes of a key account.

• Month 2: Your first placement is completed.

• Month 6: You have delivered €60,000 in revenue.

• Month 12: You are at €250,000 annual revenue and are a powerhouse in delivery.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of agency recruiting, ideally at a smaller personnel service provider. You know what service means.

• Sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and a desire for new tools like Juicebox and Clay. You find the passive talent that no one else reaches.

• Grit in interviews: You probe until the real performance is on the table.

• Eye level: You speak with CTOs and Practice Leads as an expert, not as a supplicant.

• Extreme Ownership: Nothing falls through the cracks with you. A difficult profile is a challenge for you, not a reason to complain.
