Senior Consultant / Manager (m/w/d) - Executive Search

You'll take on real market responsibility at Zenon. You'll develop your own client portfolio, win new mandates and bring deals from the initial idea to completion independently.

At the same time, you'll shape the team. You'll pass on what's driven you forward and thereby elevate the level of the people around you.

Zenon is a boutique with access to the most influential companies in the Tech industry: MBB, leading Tech consultancies, companies that are really changing things. The rest is up to you.

Tasks

• Independent building and development of new client relationships, from the initial approach to the signed mandate
• Responsibility for your own pipeline: identifying, qualifying, and converting leads
• Steering multiple mandates and search processes in parallel, with full focus on quality and speed
• BUILDING long-term relationships with decision-makers at leading Tech and consulting companies
• Positioning Zenon as a strategic partner, not just a service provider, but a trusted advisor
• Identifying, advising, and placing high-potential candidates in the SAP and Tech field
• Structured mentoring and coaching of consultants on your team
• BUILDING up existing accounts and strategically developing them

Qualification

Demonstrable successes in personnel consulting.

• Track record in business development: you know how to acquire new clients and build relationships that last
• Experience in executive search or the placement of specialists in the Tech or consulting field is advantageous
• Sovereign handling of senior-level decision-makers, on eye level, not in service provider mode
• Eigeninitiative and drive: you don't need external structure to deliver results
• Negotiation-safe German and English
