• You will support our C-level in the strategic further development of Studyflix and prepare important decisions in a structured manner.
• You will analyze markets, competition, and growth potential and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
• You will independently take on strategic projects and initiatives – from conception to implementation. For this, you will optimally utilize automation and internal synergy potentials.
• You will drive central growth topics forward together with the relevant teams.
• You will support the C-level in day-to-day operational business and ensure that strategic ideas translate into clear measures, responsibilities, and results.

• A successfully completed university degree and approximately 4 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as Strategy, Business Operations, Venture Development, Business Development, or a comparable role.
• Proven success in corporate, growth, or go-to-market strategies and the ability to quickly structure complex topics.
• You impress with analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and a structured and independent way of working.
• You communicate clearly and reliably, have a high affinity for digital products and technologies, and possess very good German and English language skills.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or SaaS company is a plus, but not a must. Experience from a strategy or management consultancy also fits very well with us.
• You value personal exchange and are regularly on-site at our location in Augsburg. For selected events and appointments, you also bring the necessary willingness to travel.
