Senior Business Development Manager (IT Consulting)

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager based in Singapore to drive new business across the region, with coverage extending to Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, IT consulting, and AI/automation delivery. This is a pure individual contributor role. We are not looking for a manager — we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to be on the ground, hunting, closing, and building. You will own your pipeline from first call to signed contract, with no dependencies on others. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT consulting landscape, AI/automation trends, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to leverage your network, attend industry events, and participate in thought leadership activities to stay ahead of the curve. In this role, you will have the autonomy to develop your own strategy, prioritize your time, and manage your pipeline.
