We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for managing our affiliate network, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative campaigns. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize and improve results. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and partnerships. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably as a Senior Affiliate Manager or similar role. • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including current trends and challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving campaign performance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
