SENIOR ACCOUNT

For the potential enhancement of our internal staff at our Riva del Garda (TN) branch, we are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNT to be employed on an INDETERMINATE basis. In Relizont, the Senior Account: - has the responsibility of developing the client portfolio - has the responsibility of analyzing the reference market, competitors, and defining marketing actions useful for achieving the goals of the branch - manages independently both commercial negotiations and personnel selection and administration activities - collaborates with other components of the branch - provides consulting services to Companies and Candidates/Directors both during the selection process and during the employment relationship For this role it is necessary: - to have gained experience of at least 5 years in Employment Agencies - to be available full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, with possibility of flexibility in entry and exit). The contractual classification provides for: - Employee qualification - 2nd level CCNL Commerce and Services (the proposed salary will be commensurate with the level of professionalism achieved) The remuneration package also includes the provision of meal vouchers worth €8, access to an incentive system and welfare plan.
