We are looking for a versatile senior engineer, ready to take the lead of the tendering department, coordinate our junior team, and strategically manage the mix of tenders (works, products, and services).

What are we looking for in you?

• Education: Higher technical education (Faculty of Energy, Electrical Engineering, Installations, or similar).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparing technical and economic offers for energy projects or complex industrial installations.
• SEAP/SICAP Knowledge: Solid experience in analyzing tender specifications for public procurement and relevant legislation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Intersoft/WinDocDeviz/Doclib) and interpretation of technical drawings (AutoCAD).
• Leadership Profile: Even if you haven't officially led a team before, you have the desire, patience, and ability to guide and mentor more junior colleagues.
• Advantageous: Public Procurement Course, Project Manager Course, Leadership Course, Intersoft Course.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Team Coordination: Organize, distribute, and review the workflow for junior engineers in the tendering department.
• Tender Management: Take over complex documentation, identify technical-economic risks, and validate final cost estimates before submission.
• Supplier Relations: Negotiate prices and commercial terms for critical equipment specific to projects.
• Reporting: Work directly with company management to establish pricing strategy for key tenders.
