The DACH market is one of our strategically most important growth drivers. To accelerate this momentum, we are starting a new Business Unit in München.

As SDR Team Lead, you will lead Factorial's leading market position forward by building, developing, and leading a high-performing SDR team for the DACH region, taking overall responsibility for their pipeline quality, lead generation, and goal achievement.

Your Role

• Führe und manage ein Team von SDRs für die DACH-Region.
• Triff Entscheidungen basierend auf den wichtigsten KPIs und steigere die Produktivität deines Teams.
• Unterstütze dein Team beim Erreichen ihrer Ziele durch kontinuierliche Sales-Trainings und Skill-Entwicklung.
• Motiviere dein Team und gib regelmäßiges Feedback.
• Arbeite eng mit Sales Managern, Account Executives, Marketing und Partner Managern an einer einheitlichen Account-Prospecting-Strategie zusammen.
• Hilf dabei, ein spaßiges, energiegeladenes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen, in dem Menschen gerne arbeiten.
• Sorge für konsequentes Erreichen der individuellen und Team-MRR- und Demo-Ziele.
• Arbeite mit Sales Ops und Sales Enablement Teams, um die richtigen Techniken und Tool-Trainings umzusetzen.
• Arbeite Hand in Hand mit Account Executives Team Leads und dem Sales Director, um Feedback zur Teamperformance zu geben.

Your Profile

• Hunter- & Farmer-Mentalität with Hunger, Durchhaltevermögen and starker Arbeitsmoral.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb innerhalb von SaaS-Unternehmen oder digitalen Transformationsumgebungen.
• Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams von SDR / BDR und im People Management.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in Datenanalyse and kommerzieller Strategieentwicklung.
• Exzellente Kommunikation, schnelle Beziehungsaufbau-Fähigkeiten and Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen.
• Proaktive Ideenentwicklung, Initiative and Kreativität.
• Übernahme von voller Verantwortung and Accountability for all activities.
• Deutsch on Muttersprach-Niveau and very good English.
