Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to join our growing organization in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and orienting a high-performing sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Ensure the fulfillment of prospecting and productivity metrics for team members to achieve their objectives.
• Plan, organize, and delegate daily tasks to ensure team results delivery.
• Apply and use different productivity analyses, reports from our CRM.
• Generate different action plans when necessary to meet individual and team objectives.
• Collaborate actively with other departments (Marketing, CS, Sales Operations) for continuous process improvement impacting customer experience.
• Team management and development
• Ensure the fulfillment of prospecting and productivity metrics for team members to achieve their objectives.
• Supervise and understand workload and capabilities of the team to ensure agents are positioned for optimal impact and expected results.
• Incorporate the company's sales method and train new sales representatives following the same standard.
• Conduct call recordings and sales evaluations to detect and execute improvement points.
• Maintain regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, providing continuous feedback to help improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure the incorporation of future sales representatives aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Communicate effectively the commercial strategy and objectives and how they align with team work.
• Set an example through behavior and actions, representing Docplanner's values and culture.
