They are rapidly expanding and looking for a phone sales expert to drive conversions from warm leads—people who have already inquired on their website. The Role As a Phone Sales Expert, you will be responsible for contacting these leads via inbound and outbound calls, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
