Your tasks include, among others:

- Preparing, following up on, and managing quotations, ensuring correct information, timely processing, and clear communication to customers.
- Supporting customers with pricing information, technical specifications, and product inquiries, so they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Actively identifying new commercial opportunities and performing telephone prospecting to approach potential customers and create additional sales opportunities.
- Managing daily communication and relationship management with customers and suppliers, with a focus on sustainable collaborations and correct follow-up of ongoing files.
- Processing and following up on orders with suppliers, including accurate registration of orders and monitoring delivery times and agreements.ProfileYou are the ideal candidate if you recognize yourself in this profile:

- You communicate fluently, professionally, and customer-oriented, both verbally and in writing, adapting your style to different types of conversation partners.
- You speak Dutch and French, enabling you to assist customers and suppliers correctly and fluently in their preferred language.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach, where you see opportunities, think along with the customer, and work towards sustainable relationships.
- You work independently but also function excellently within a team, sharing information, supporting colleagues, and working together towards common goals.
- You are accurate, proactive, and take initiative, ensuring files are completed correctly and timely action is taken where necessary.
