Job description
Sales manager -Earthmoving / industrial truck Job Duties Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system Responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationship with clients Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets Participate in commercial negotiations and ensure that all agreements are properly documented and implemented Provide guidance to team members on sales strategies and tactics Ensure that all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at end customers and companies Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and expand existing ones Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry Provide input on product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback and customer needs
