Job description
Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base and market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales goals with overall business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures to drive revenue growth. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
