Sales Executive (Contact Centre)

AutoProtect have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Sales Executive to join their team here in Southend, Essex. Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE Hours: Week one: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Week two: 11:00am - 7:00pm except Tuesday 12:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm 35 hours per week with alternated shift pattern Permanent - Full time Job summary: Our Digital Plus department are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team. You will conduct professional inbound and outbound communications with customers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities: • Conducting sales calls to existing and new customers to promote our products and services. • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving. • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for sales revenue and customer acquisition. • Collaborating with the Digital Plus team to develop and implement sales strategies. • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
