Sales Engineer - Americas

Intuition Machines uses AI/ML to build enterprise security products. We apply our research to systems that serve hundreds of millions of people, with a team distributed around the world. You are probably familiar with our best-known product, the hCaptcha security suite. Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration. As a Sales Engineer, you will drive technical engagements with clients, helping them convert requirements into outcomes while ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support. This role is critical to our sales efforts, and you will be working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. In this role, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and cybersecurity, and to apply this knowledge to drive technical discussions with clients. You will also be expected to collaborate with our engineering team to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients.
