5-7+ years of experience in body shopping, IT contracting, staff augmentation or technology services sales
Proven track record of building and managing business units generating at least PLN 20 million in annual recurring revenue
Demonstrable success in opening and growing large enterprise accounts
Strong existing network of C level technology and procurement contacts
Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Directors and senior decision makers within major organisations
Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, procurement processes, framework agreements and enterprise contracting models
Experience managing large consultant populations across multiple clients
Strong commercial understanding of rates, margins, utilisation and account profitability
Proven ability to build revenue from scratch and scale accounts over time
Experience managing or building sales teams within IT contracting
Strong knowledge of the Polish enterprise market
Fluent Polish and English

We’re looking for a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in body shopping, IT contracting and staff augmentation.

This role is focused on one thing: building substantial, profitable recurring revenue from enterprise clients.

The right person should already understand how to open large accounts, build relationships with senior decision makers and scale contracting business across multiple teams and technology areas.

Location: Warsaw / Cracow
