Job description
At Lifen, we believe that medical data has the potential to transform the healthcare system. But only if it's accessible. More accessible data → less administrative burden, better care coordination, and faster scientific discoveries.
Since 2015, our mission has been to unlock this potential. Our AI-powered solutions enable healthcare professionals to share medical information effortlessly and researchers to accelerate clinical discoveries: impacting millions of patients in France every day. As we prepare to expand into Europe, 2 things drive our success: our teams and our mission.
Today, over 150 people work from our offices and remotely to unlock the potential of health data. We have connected 800 hospitals and 150,000 healthcare professionals, and we are just getting started. We are looking for people who embrace complexity, want to solve tough problems, and are ready to build the future of healthcare collaboration.
⚡ Our Public Sales Team
The Public Sales team supports healthcare establishments in adopting Lifen solutions, primarily for managing health documents. It currently comprises 8 Sales Account Executives working across the country.
Sales currently focus their time on the largest establishments and hospital groups. Alongside this, there is a pool of around 800 smaller healthcare structures. Their potential is real, but the CRM is still poorly qualified, and the right contacts often remain to be identified.
We are therefore creating our first Public SDR position. Your role will be to build this perimeter: get to know these structures better, find people to contact, qualify opportunities, and pass on truly actionable meetings to Sales. You will primarily work on our Lifen Documents and Curecall by Lifen offerings.
🎯 What you will do with us
Map and prioritize a portfolio of approximately 800 small healthcare structures, starting from a CRM base that still needs a lot of enrichment.
Identify the right contacts within these establishments, by leveraging information available on the Internet, LinkedIn, phone, and other prospecting channels.
Make contact with prospects, understand their context, and qualify opportunities before proposing a meeting with a Sales Account Executive.
Generate qualified appointments for the Sales team, transmitting useful information to enable an effective handover.
Update the CRM with rigor: contacts, information about the structures, opportunity maturity level, and next steps.
Advance prospecting methods for this new perimeter: messages, sequences, qualification criteria, and account prioritization.
⭐️ What we are looking for
Must-have
Previous sales experience (Internship, Apprenticeship, or Permanent Contract), ideally one to two years in a startup, in SDR, Inside Sales, B2B prospecting, or customer relations.
A genuine appetite for prospecting: making contact, obtaining the right information, following up, and transforming an approach into a qualified appointment.
The ability to organize a large volume of accounts, prioritize, and maintain precise tracking in a CRM.
Clear oral and written communication skills, adapted to healthcare establishment management.
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare or with healthcare professionals and establishments.
Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools.
Soft skills
You are energetic and enjoy working on a scope that is still being built. Faced with a poorly qualified database, you know how to search, sort information, and decide where to start, without getting scattered. You communicate simply, listen before proposing a meeting, and accept feedback to adjust your approach. Humility counts: you will work with an experienced Sales team and will learn alongside them while contributing your own field observations.
Our Values
Embrace Complexity. You operate in a complex healthcare sector and in a still poorly structured portfolio, progressively transforming scattered information into qualified opportunities.
Kindness. You collaborate closely with Sales, in a team where mutual support and information sharing are part of everyday life.
Real Impact. Every qualified appointment can contribute to equipping more healthcare structures with tools that simplify document circulation.
👥 Recruitment Process
The process is intentionally short and will mainly take place via video call.
TAM Screening with the Recruitment Team - Approximately 30 minutes. The goal is to understand your background, your motivation for the position, and to assess the expected fundamentals: communication, energy, organization, and sales posture.
Case Study with the Sales Team - A 1-hour video interview including the presentation of three exercises: two prepared in advance and one exercise performed live. The case will be sent about two days before the meeting and will require about 1.5 to 2 hours of preparation. It will assess your ability to qualify an account, prioritize, structure a prospecting approach, and communicate clearly.
Final Interview - An interview with a Sales Team Manager to validate cultural alignment.
We are committed to providing you with visibility throughout the process and will get back to you within 72 hours after each step. Reference checks may be requested at the end of the process, with your agreement.
Caring better by caring together also means acting with kindness. Like the sector in which we operate, we promote diversity, inclusion, and equity. We value your skills and know-how and ban all forms of discrimination, whether sexual, religious, or political.
