Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise AI Platform

About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our outbound and inbound pipeline. This is a critical front-line role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects for our Agentic AI platform. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market engine. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and account executives to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach efforts. • Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points. • Developing and executing personalized sales strategies to convert prospects into qualified leads. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product development. • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
