What You'll Do

• Identify and engage potential B2B customers across the LATAM region
• Launch strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospects
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
• Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and up-to-date
• Partner with marketing to align messaging and improve conversion

Requirements

• 1+ year of SDR or lead generation experience in SaaS or tech sectors such as MarTech, EdTech, FinTech, HRTech, or SalesTech
• Proven track record in B2B prospecting and outreach
• Comfortable handling 100+ outbound calls per day
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms

• Fluent in English; multilingual candidates are a plus.
• Reliable laptop, professional home office setup, and stable high-speed internet.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
