Sales Development Representative - (German Language) -Remote

Graduate / Career Change Opportunity We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a career in sales , particularly within the software/technology sector. No extensive sales background is required—what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn. What You’ll Be Doing: Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns). Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers' needs. Conducting initial discovery calls and demonstrations to introduce our product/service. Collaborating with Account Executives to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot). Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Staying informed about industry trends and our competitors. What We’re Looking For: Native-level fluency in German and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive and self-motivated attitude. A desire to learn and develop sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
