Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for our potential new customers, laying the foundation for a long-term collaboration. In this sales role, your assessment of a prospect's potential significantly determines the team's success.

• Prospecting: Targeted search for potential customers and decision-makers.

• Qualification: Contacting leads and assessing their needs to qualify them as sales opportunities.

• First Contact: Making cold calls and sending cold emails to introduce Cosuno and generate interest.

• Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing contacts with potential customers to build long-term trust.

• Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or demos for Account Executives and the sales team.

• Pipeline Management: Documenting and maintaining interested prospects in Salesforce.

Your Profile

• You already have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales.

• You demonstrate the focus and ambition to be responsible for your own personal success.

• You have strong communication skills and persuasive power, both verbally and in writing.

• You enjoy contributing your own ideas to bring yourself and your team to the next level.

• You have the desire to build or expand a career in sales.

• You speak fluent German (native or second language).

• Additional language skills are advantageous (especially English).
