To be the focal point in the use of systems used in outbound, compared to other areas of the company;

To ensure the systematic evolution of processes performed in outbound, aiming to provide continuous improvement of the operation;

To perform regularizations and interfaces on systems used in the outbound process, ensuring the accuracy of information

To manage projects in your area of action through Agile Methodology, and influence investment and priority decisions for projects

To respond to customer demands and resolve problems within your scope of action;

To intervene critically and opportunistically on needs that exceed your scope of action, aiming to improve quality, cost, deadline, as well as customer satisfaction

To develop new management reports to improve control and performance of the operation, as well as maintain their updates

To pilot actions related to audits, such as OEA, Environment, and Security
