Job description
Receive and make calls to specialists who want to cancel the service and achieve a successful retention/recovery using a strategy where we empathize our objectives with those of the specialists based on the analysis of each profile.
- Provide attention and offer retention alternatives to customer requests to cancel the service.
- FOLLOW UP WITH SPECIALISTS WHO HAVE RETAINED TO ENSURE EXCELLENT SERVICE.
- Analyze indicators that allow detecting the most relevant incidents with correct abandonment motive typification.
- Analyze the effectiveness of actions to reduce churn rate.
- Follow up and verify payment corresponding to our services.
- Contain customer after payment error generation.
- Offer payment options.
