Resident Manager - La Guardia Hotel

Hosco JOB DESCRIPTION La Guardia Hotel is a design hotel located on Isola del Giglio, in the Tuscan archipelago. Selected by Michelin and Smith Hotel among the top 1% of iconic hotels worldwide, it offers an authentic Mediterranean experience, understated luxury, and great attention to detail. La Guardia seeks a Resident Manager who can serve as the main point of reference between various stakeholders (guests, suppliers, team members) during the summer season 2026, from May 1st to October 4th. During the months when the hotel is closed to the public, in a flexible smart working formula, the Resident Manager actively collaborates with the CEO for preparing the next season (Budgeting, Sales, HR, activation of strategic partnerships...). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership: Coordinate and supervise all hotel departments (Room Division, Housekeeping, F&B), promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Foster professional development within the team, ensuring consistency with company guidelines and achieving predetermined objectives. - Financial & P&L Responsibility: Supervise and analyze operational performance, budgets, and P&L accounts to maintain them aligned with the company's economic-financial objectives, proposing and implementing timely corrective actions in a proactive and shared manner with Management. - Quality and Service Standards: Ensure excellence in services offered, in line with company standards and hotel positioning.
