Generating demand for assigned products in their territory and therapeutic class to achieve sales objectives, through medical visits with high scientific content to primary care physicians and specialists; government institutions; private and public hospitals; key clients with basic, private, and decentralized formularies; distributors; and pharmacies.
Ensuring the availability of products under their responsibility by developing a strong internal and external collaborative network, including key opinion leaders and medical societies. Maintaining continuous training in sales techniques and scientific knowledge. Analyzing market situations (DDD, Close-Up, inventories, etc.) for the development of focused and efficient strategies and tactics, and thus capitalizing on resources in their territory (EMC investment, medical samples, promotional materials, etc.) ethically and in compliance with policies. Participation and proactivity in their district and with local, marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Generating demand for medicines, primarily with highly prescribing primary care physicians and specialists.
- Extensive scientific, product, and competitor knowledge. Knowledge of clinical studies. Easily conveying the different characteristics of pathologies and treatment alternatives in various therapeutic areas, offering effective and safe treatment alternatives.
- Ensuring the availability of our products through pharmacy visits, follow-up on commercial strategies, and value-added programs. Verifying stocks and distribution of different SKUs at point of sale in national/regional/local chains in synergy with commercial. Following up on contract advancements in government institutions and with decentralized and private basic formularies in synergy with KAMs.
- Developing a good relationship with external clients, key opinion leaders, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies. Working closely with hospital residents and visiting specialist physicians through differentiated service.
- Establishing collaborative networks with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to capitalize on synergies and joint work.
- Increasing market share and meeting sales objectives, meeting productivity metrics: medical visits, pharmacies, average daily visits. Efficiently and rapidly executing their EMC resources and activities programmed by marketing with target physicians.
- Capitalizing on market opportunities and seeking new business, having a broad understanding of marketing strategies with efficient field execution. Effectively communicating commercial strategies to physicians with the benefits provided to the patient. Analyzing their territory and executing their tactical plan, making timely and proactive decisions with constant communication.
Minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Education: Educational Level/Grade: Bachelor's degree (graduated) in health sciences, business administration, or marketing.
- Language: English desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Competencies: Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite.

Schedule Requirements:
