Main Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and cakes.

• Developing and improving recipes.

• Managing costings and technical sheets to ensure profitability.

• Controlling ingredients and portions.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Ongoing innovation in new preparations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in patisserie and/or bakery.

• Mastery of techniques in patisserie, pastry-making, and baking.

• Knowledge in recipe costing (essential).

• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organization.

• Commitment, responsibility, and passion for cooking.
