We're now bringing this model to Germany – and starting in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Aufgaben

Your role: Building up your region in NRW

You are responsible for the complete build-up of your region – with maximum entrepreneurial freedom.

• You identify and win new locations (housing industry, cities & municipalities, companies, trade, transportation hubs)

• You build a strong network at the decision-maker level

• You steer the entire sales process: scheduling, presentation, negotiation, closing

• You take over the end-to-end responsibility – from the first idea to the realized location

• You work closely with management, operations, and project team

Qualifikation

What you should bring along

• Multiple years of experience in B2B sales / outside sales
• Demonstrable closing success
• Experience in selling complex solutions requiring explanation
• Ideal candidate with connections or experience in the context of real estate, municipalities, or infrastructure
• A strong Hunter mentality, self-motivation, and closing strength
• Structured, independent work style
• Travel readiness within NRW
• Negotiation-safe German
