Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager drive regional growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing customers within the Off-Highway and Industrial segments, focusing on wire harnesses, control boxes, and high-voltage cable solutions . Candidate Profile Bilingual Spanish/English sales professional with proven success in new business development and managing complex accounts. Experience selling complex electrical systems , wire harnesses, electronic components, or similar industrial products. Strong understanding of the Off-Highway and Industrial markets, including the needs and challenges of customers in these segments. Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and drive sales growth through strategic account planning and execution. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
