At the same time, you strongly focus on prospecting. You actively approach new companies, identify their needs, and discuss how we can strengthen them. This is how you build your own client portfolio step by step and create new collaborations within your region and niche.

See a match? Then you take over the process. You present profiles strategically, align expectations with both parties, schedule interviews, and actively follow up on the process. Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience. Experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-oriented role is a plus. Your motivation to build a network and make an impact in your market makes the difference.
• You easily connect with new people and gain energy from conversations with professionals and companies. You take initiative and proactively approach opportunities.
• You work goal-oriented and feel comfortable in a role with targets and result responsibility. Prospecting and building relationships within your region are part of how you like to work.
• You communicate clearly and professionally. You ask the right questions, listen actively, and know how to bring people along in a process.
• You maintain an overview of multiple cases simultaneously and easily set priorities in an environment where speed is important.
