Entry-Level Professional (m/w/d): No Degree Required, Target Salary up to 5,000 € per Month

We're not interested in your resume

Whether you dropped out of school or never started: it doesn't matter to us. What matters is what you plan to do and what you're willing to do to achieve that.

Maybe you know the feeling: you have goals, but no environment that brings you there. That's where we come in. You bring the hunger, we'll provide the system.

Who we are

Grabosch Media GmbH, right in Hamburg. Our office is located at Rödingsmarkt 31/33, with the U-Bahn stopping directly outside our door. Average age of our team: 22. We sell digital services for companies, something you can stand behind.

Tasks

What you'll learn here

Selling. The most valuable skill you can learn without a degree. And who can sell is never replaceable again.

• You'll speak daily with CEOs and decision-makers and schedule meetings
• You won't start from scratch: our offer and system ensure that you're speaking with genuine interested parties, not just cold-calling
• Someone experienced will show you the way, and you'll learn directly on the job
• You'll be paid from day one while you're learning

Qualification

Who we're looking for

You don't need to show us anything. What matters is how you tick:

• You get along easily with strangers and enjoy talking to them
• You want to make more of yourself and are willing to put in the work
• You take feedback on board and implement it
• You stay focused, even when a day doesn't go as planned
• Full-time is best, but we also consider part-time students

Benefits

What you'll earn

We're not beating around the bush. The basic salary isn't a top value. The lever is the commission, and it has no ceiling, which is why the range in this job posting goes up to 10,000 €. Your goal: reach up to 5,000 € brutto per month within your first six months. We promise you won't get that guarantee; it depends on what you make of it.
