B2B Sales Representative for Outsourcing (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new clients in the area of process outsourcing and temporary employment.
• Conducting offer presentations and business negotiations.
• Preparing quotes, offers, and comprehensive cooperation proposals.
• Analyzing client needs and selecting optimal solutions for the client.
• Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Cooperating with operational, recruitment, and legalization departments in project execution.
• Monitoring the market, competition, and industry trends.
• Participating in the creation of the company's sales strategy.

Our requirements

• Experience in B2B service sales – preferred: employment agency, service outsourcing; logistics, production, processing.
• Ability to conduct negotiations at a managerial level.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• Goal orientation, independence, and initiative.
• Knowledge of issues related to the employment of foreigners is a plus.
• Driving license category B.
