Commercial/Property Solicitor
My client is a respected mid-sized firm with offices across New Zealand. With approachable partners, a supportive team culture, and a commitment to professional growth, this is a place where you can thrive both personally and professionally.

The role:
You will join their Christchurch office, working on a broad range of commercial and property matters, including:

Residential and commercial conveyancing
Leasing and subdivisions
Trusts and estate planning
Commercial contracts and advisory work

About you:
We are looking for a Solicitor with:

At least three years PQE in commercial and property law
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Initiative and the ability to manage files confidently
A genuine interest in developing your career long-term
