AIRTIFICIAL Intelligent Robots is an engineering company specialized in the design, assembly, integration, and commissioning of innovative technical solutions. Our business unit has design and production centers in Spain, where we develop and manufacture innovative solutions for our clients. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing project plans and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress. • Coordinating and managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, budgets, and financial performance. • Providing regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Participating in the development of new business strategies and contributing to the growth of our company.
