As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing project plans and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress. • Coordinating and managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, budgets, and financial performance. • Providing regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Participating in the development of new business strategies and contributing to the growth of our company.
