Product Developer (Food) (m/f/d)

At MetaFlow, you will be responsible for the technical management of our product development – from the formulation of new products to successful market launch. As a central coordination point, you will bring together formulation, schedule, and business case, and ensure that new products and our existing portfolio are continuously developed further.

• GTM Project Management: You will be technically responsible for the product development of new products – from the idea through formulation and packaging to market launch – and will be the central coordination point in the Go-to-Market process.
• Business Case & Reporting: You will be responsible for implementation according to the business case, adhere to schedule and specifications, and regularly report status, progress, and risks to management.
• Existing Product Formulation Optimization: You will manage formulation adjustments for existing products based on market trends, customer feedback, and cost optimization – in coordination with the Head of Product.
• Interface Coordination: You will coordinate implementation with suppliers, production partners, and internal departments such as Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• GTM Process Development: You will identify process gaps, systematically evaluate completed launches, and actively develop the GTM process further.

• In-depth knowledge of product development and formulation in the FMCG or food sector, including raw material knowledge and formulation principles
• Experience in coordinating cross-departmental development and launch projects, e.g., within GTM processes
• Proficiency in project management methods and tools, as well as experience in reporting at management level
• Strong coordination skills and a structured, results-oriented approach – even with many parallel projects
• German at least at C1 level
