Product Manager

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement) Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement. Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes. Create product roadmap and work with team members to ensure alignment. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define requirements. Drive the development of new products or enhancements to existing ones. Ensure that all aspects of the product are aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product, its features, and its competitive landscape. Provide input on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the product development process. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Drive continuous learning and improvement by staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
