Product Manager EUDR

Job Description MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Product Manager EUDR will be responsible for developing, promoting, and selling services, while ensuring outstanding internal expertise and service excellence across all involved staff. This role will report to the Global Business Manager Forestry Timber and Paper. RESPONSIBILITIES EUDR Service Development Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify strategic partnerships. Define service objectives and roadmap in alignment with business strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the forestry, timber, and paper industry. Ensure that all services are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. PROMOTION AND SALES Promote EUDR services to customers through various channels such as marketing campaigns, trade shows, and customer events. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. SERVICE EXCELLENCE Ensure that all staff involved in the delivery of EUDR services have the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to provide outstanding service to customers. Monitor and evaluate the performance of these staff members and provide feedback and coaching as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or forestry. At least 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the forestry, timber, and paper industry is an asset. CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING None specified.
