Job Description What you get to do in this role: Customer Advisory Engage executives to determine and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers, applying ServiceNow methodologies Lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership and their teams to understand goals and challenges Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agility and value to stakeholders Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to drive business outcomes Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capture new market share or expand existing offerings Provide thought leadership and expertise on digital transformation trends and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders
