Pre-Sales Executive – User Experience & Design Consulting Location: Hyderabad Experience: Senior (6–10 years) Role Summary We are looking for a senior Pre-Sales Executive to lead UX-led deal shaping and growth across complex enterprise engagements. This role sits at the intersection of experience strategy, solutioning, and commercial rigor, partnering with Sales, UX Leadership, and Delivery to win high-value design and experience transformation programs. You will be responsible for shaping and growing these deals through a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis. This requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, UX Designers, and Technical Architects to develop compelling value propositions that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Delivery Teams. • Conducting customer discovery sessions to identify business needs and opportunities for design and experience transformation. • Collaborating with UX Designers and Technical Architects to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. • Developing and delivering compelling value propositions that drive business outcomes and win high-value deals. • Partnering with Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. • Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to shape and grow deals. • Collaborating with UX Leadership and Delivery Teams to develop and execute plans for design and experience transformation programs. • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts across the organization to stay informed about new opportunities and developments. • Providing thought leadership and expertise on user experience and design consulting best practices, trends, and innovations. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. • Traveling as required for business purposes, including domestic and international travel.
