PreMaster Commercial Product Management Screws (w/m/div)

Our PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for motivated Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the technical and entrepreneurial aspects. The second phase includes independent Master's studies at a university of your choice. During this time, there will be additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring by a mentor on your way to graduation. Additionally, you have the opportunity to work as a student employee in the company during your studies.

• As a PreMaster student, you develop go-to-market strategies for screw drives, with a special focus on the BASA Performance Line, and for round guides, particularly focusing on screw boxes.
• You define product and market requirements precisely, create detailed value stream concepts, and develop comprehensive sales strategies.
• Furthermore, you take over portfolio work, critically reviewing the existing product portfolio regarding customer-, market-, technology-, and price-specific requirements to ensure its market suitability.
• Your tasks also include creating training concepts for Sales staff in the screw drive and round guide areas to optimize their product knowledge and sales skills.
