Your Mission

Tasks

• You support the build-up of our sales pipeline and bring our real estate startup directly to property owners and investors.
• Research and identification of exciting leads (from WEGs to family offices).
• Initial contact with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone – and that with impact.
• Pitch preparation, offer documents, and presentations for our founders.
• Accompaniment at customer meetings and property owner assemblies – live on the negotiation table.
• Market and competitive analyses: You find new opportunities and provide input for our go-to-market strategy

Qualification

• You are studying a communications, economics, or social sciences program.
• Ideal would be to have already gained some practical experience in the context of internships and/or previous work student activities.
• We expect you to have a secure handling of common MS Office applications.
• You possess very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Passion for real estate, startups & business development.
• Communication strength and willingness to take responsibility.
