At DEACERO, we are looking for a dynamic and analytical profile to join our team as a Business Excellence Intern. This is a unique opportunity to learn how strategy is managed in a high-impact company and provide direct support to executive processes.

What will your challenges be?

Strategic Management and Monitoring: You will support the control of action plans, provide user support in the Performance Management System, and assist in the strategic alignment of the business.

Executive Support: You will be a key player in preparing materials for management meetings, consolidating performance indicators, and ensuring the follow-up of agreements through executive minutes.

Excellence and Continuous Improvement: You will participate in evaluating the maturity of our excellence models, capturing and analyzing data to generate reports that facilitate decision-making.

Standardization and Control: You will document standard methodologies and keep our digital repositories and management formats updated.

What do we need from you?

• Education: Active students of Industrial Engineering (currently enrolled from 6th semester onwards).
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a liking for processes and standardization.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate-advanced) and ease in learning management systems.
• Attitude: Proactivity, professionalism, and the ability to interact in executive environments.
