ABOUT FINANTEQ: FINANTEQ is a company specializing in creating software for mobile banking. The team, consisting of approximately 170 experienced developers, testers, and business analysts, collaborates with leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad. The group operates in industries such as banking, insurance, automotive, and the public sector in the DACH region. Senacor supports its clients in designing, planning, and developing software, as well as in managing large-scale transformation programs. Your tasks: Designing, developing, and implementing customized, innovative solutions and business processes using Pega technology; Analyzing business requirements and translating them into Pega software functionalities according to best practices; Creating and developing new application platforms and integrating various systems; Optimizing and refactoring existing Pega applications for performance and maintainability. What is crucial for us: Min. 3 years of experience as a Pega System Architect with LSA or CSSA certification; Experience in implementations in the areas of Case Management, BPM, Customer Engagement, and/or Customer Decision Hub; Knowledge of Pega integration with external systems using PEGA Integration Wizard (e.g., REST, SOAP, SQL, JMS, HTTP); Experience in conducting unit and integration tests and error handling to ensure the quality and stability of Pega applications; Practice in working in cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders and decision-makers; Higher education in a relevant field (technical, IT, or related); Communicative knowledge of German, English, and Polish (spoken and written). Nice to have: Communicative knowledge of German. We have for you: a fixed base salary of 10500 - 16500 PLN gross per month + up to 20% quarterly bonus dependent on results; the possibility of working 100% remotely, in the office, or hybrid – depending on your needs; employment contract; flexible working hours; an atmosphere of openness and cooperation; development opportunities through participation in innovative international projects; co-financing of the MultiSport program, private medical care; as well as company events.
