For our client, from the upscale hotel and gastronomy industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season.

Working Hours

40.0 hours/week

What excites you

• Independent production of high-quality desserts, pastries, and seasonal dessert creations
• Production of ice cream, sorbets, pastries, and other patisserie specialties
• Appealing and creative presentation of sweet dishes
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
• Close cooperation with the head chef and the entire kitchen team
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Economical use of goods and raw materials

What excites us

• Completed training as a cook or pastry chef with a focus on patisserie
• Professional experience as a pastry chef, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Passion for excellent desserts and high-quality ingredients
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
• High quality standards and joy in inspiring guests with extraordinary creations
• Good German language skills for communication within the team
• Driver's license class B and own vehicle to reach the place of work are an advantage
