Job description
For our 3* Superior Hotel on the Rigi with the restaurants Sunset, Panorama and the rustic Rigi Stübli we are looking for a Pastry Chef / cold kitchen (m/w/d) from April 2026 or upon agreement. Leading the Gardemanger post and the Patisserie Du you bring your ideas for the menu of the cold kitchen and various creative, seasonal desserts with homemade cakes into play. Providing Mise en Place for the à la carte service as well as banquets With responsibility for the production of the pastry shop, including the preparation of cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats. You will also be responsible for the organization and implementation of special events such as weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Your creativity and expertise in creating unique and delicious desserts will be highly valued.
