• Overall operational coordination of gastronomic services on panoramic trains
• Central point of contact for operational matters between Panoramic Gourmet, Glacier Express, Rhaetian Railway, Technical Department, train personnel, catering partners, and other stakeholders
• Planning and implementation of new gastronomic concepts, offers, and processes for special journeys and events
• Responsibility for the entire F&B administration of Panoramic Gourmet
• Creation of key figures, analyses, and forecasts to support budget planning, cost control, and economic management
• Creation and ongoing optimization of duty and deployment schedules for employees on trains, in compliance with legal and internal regulations
