Office & Operations Manager (CEO Office)

Electro advantage moves at the interface of CO2 certificates, Tech and Scale-up Execution. We are growing quickly and building structures that ensure stability, tempo, and quality. For this, we are looking for a strong operational role that creates order, coordinates processes, and frees up the management team.

Tasks

• You build decision-making foundations and clear recommendations
• You translate priorities into concrete execution and keeps the organization on track
• You drive initiatives E2E, from problem definition to deliverable result
• Preliminary preparation of decision-making bases and short analyses
• You orchestrate stakeholders over Tech, Ops, and Sales, so that deliverables do not hang up
• You build operating rhythms, follow-ups, and quality gates
• You take on special topics if tempo and clarity are required

Qualification

• Completed studies, ideally in business administration, economics or comparable
• Experience from consulting, startup, scale-up or own foundation
• Entrepreneurial, numerically-based thinking and high personal responsibility
• Structured, reliable work style with a view to the whole
• Fast comprehension, clear communication and clean working
• Genuine interest in building an enterprise
