In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Attending to customers' needs in your window for deposit, check payment, or any other service requested by clients at the branch, providing quality service and acting in accordance with established bank norms and guidelines.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Perform cash deposit and withdrawal operations, checks, transfers, foreign exchange purchases and sales, etc. that customers request, using available tools and verifying security measures to achieve an optimal level of attention and individual and branch goals.
- Support the promotion of financial products and/or services during campaigns, transmitting basic information provided by Account Executives to clients, with the aim of capturing prospects for contracting and thereby achieving unit targets.
- Maintain the good condition and functioning of your equipment and tools, reviewing them at the beginning of the day and correcting or reporting any failures found (Cashier Officer or SOS) to be in a position to provide timely and efficient service to clients at the branch.
- Perform cash counting (cash box) through administrative tools, to reconcile cash and documents vs. system-registered amounts, detecting, clarifying, and correcting any deviations that may arise.
- Perform the corresponding processing for the detection of relevant and suspicious operations, as well as internal acts and operations; in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Comply with physical, material, procedural, and operational security measures to safeguard the institution's assets.
