Key Account Manager (M/F/D)

Currently, we are looking for a person to join our Modern Trade team for the position of:

• Conducting sales in the modern distribution channel.
• Direct service of a selected group of key clients.
• Planning, developing, and maximizing sales of the company's products in retail chains (including introducing new products to the market).
• Increasing the assortment for assigned clients.
• Initiating sales support projects.
• Conducting negotiations of commercial terms (prices, cooperation principles, P&L).
• Supervising the proper course of cooperation.
• Preparing reports and analyses.
• Cooperating with other departments.
• Maintaining good business relationships with our clients.

• Experience in sales in the modern channel within the FMCG industry in a position related to key client service (minimum 3 years). Minimum one independent negotiation cycle.
• Achieving set goals.
• Ability for analytical thinking, data analysis.
• Proactive attitude and seeking new solutions, as well as commitment and passion for assigned tasks.
• Negotiation and sales skills.
• Very good work organization and self-discipline.
• Knowledge of English at B1/B2 level.
• Driving license category B.
