Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Specialty Care Objective The primary objective of this position is to ensure high-level scientific exchange, strengthen strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, and provide medical and scientific support to internal teams, always in compliance with the highest ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), specialist physicians, and researchers within the specialty care area, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, interests, and goals. Provide expert-level scientific support to internal teams, including medical writing, data analysis, and literature reviews, always maintaining the highest level of scientific integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for disease awareness, patient education, and product promotion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the specialty care area, including current trends, research, and clinical practices, staying up-to-date on relevant literature and scientific advancements. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in all interactions. Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product development, labeling, and marketing efforts, ensuring accurate and compliant messaging. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership, leveraging the MSL's expertise in specialty care to drive business results.
